Returns & Exchanges

At Battlefield Bangkok, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical fashion and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, then click the 'Request Return' button.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
